Born in the Southern California desert, Field Trip brings a modern take to the harmony-rich country rock that echoed over Los Angeles in the seventies. Whiskey-voiced lead C.J. Vana and singer songwriters Greg Bevis and Brendan Gibbons create a sound that’s as warm as a canyon sunset and as fun as the party after. “The Highway” and “Not Afraid To Cry” are the first releases from this trio of musical vets.
